I don’t know how paranoid you are about spyware, but I am pretty paranoid. I once had the habit of checking my computer’s processes only on occasion to see if there was anything unusual there. Honestly, I still check them, but much more often than I used to. I would still have a laid-back attitude about checking the processes if it weren’t for Conducent/Timesink.
You see, I was infected with Conducent/Timesink adware, but I didn’t know it. I only found out that I was infected when I was looking at the processes that were running and I saw some unfamiliar ones called tsadbot.exe and tsuninstaller.exe. I did a little research online and found out that these processes belonged to an adware program called Conducent/Timesink.
I was shocked to find that I had been infected with Conducent/Timesink adware because I am so very careful about what I download off the Internet and which websites I visit. After digging around some more though, I found out that anyone can get infected by Conducent/Timesink. This is only possible because Conducent/Timesink is sometimes bundled with software that is sold in stores! Aren’t you shocked too?
I had recently bought and installed a new computer game just that day. I had never owned an anti-spyware program before, but after this new avenue of infection I figured that I had better remedy my lack of protection.
I began my hunt and soon found an amazing anti-spyware program that could handle my Conducent/Timesink problem and more. I was impressed by the several awards that they had won and I really liked the fact that they were members of the Better Business Bureau. Plus, I discovered that they actually have a robot that searches the Internet for new types of spyware so that their customers always have the best protection. But what really sold me on SpyZooka was the fact that they guarantee removal of 100% of spyware from the infected computer. As worried as I am about spyware stealing my personal information, it’s good to know that I have SpyZooka there to protect me.
