Should You Trust SpywareQuake?

SpywareQuake is simply another product designed to take your money and give you nothing in return. This rogue security program displays aggressive and misleading security warnings to the user, informing them of security threats and infections that supposedly reside on their computer. If you have noticed that your PC is slow or unstable, or that you are getting bombarded by security alerts and pop-up ads, you may have spyware.

If you are familiar with these bogus applications, you know how they work. However, most users are not familiar with spyware so they may be easily persuaded to purchase the product, thinking it will remedy the problems they are having. SpywareQuake will offer a free scan to detect the threats it warns of. If the user downloads the scan, they will be shown the results which are mostly fabricated, or false positives of files that are infected but actually are not. We say these results are fake, because SpywareQuake is incapable of scanning your computer, so of course it cannot detect or remove any infection or parasite as it promises.

If this were all there were to worry about, it really wouldn't be such a big deal. Unfortunately, SpywareQuake can do some nasty things. Your private information such as passwords and business accounts may be accessed, and additional malware may be placed on your PC which will make it become even more unstable. Spyware runs constantly in the background, and may modify system files or cause your computer to crash in severe cases.

Where did you get SpywareQuake? That's a good question. It may have slipped through unbeknownst to you when you downloaded another file such as a game or video, or it may have come from a questionable website you visited. Spam emails are also a good way to get spyware on your computer. Wherever it came from, it should be removed at once to prevent further problems. You may attempt to remove it yourself, but the process is complex and puts your computer at risk of damage if not done properly. All associated running processes must be killed, and related files and values must be located in the Windows registry so that you can delete them.

Do you suspect that SpywareQuake has been placed on your PC? Click here now for a free scan with Spyzooka, the one and only antispyware tool that guarantees 100% removal of all parasites, trojans, worms and other security threats with a simple scan.
